We are currently in the process of preparing to move into the apartment ourselves, but our move-in date is still four months away. The apartment is partially furnished and has been newly renovated. Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for families with children. We do not accept tenants receiving benefits from the Jobcenter. The unit includes two new beds with new mattresses, new bed linens, and duvets; a Smart TV with a TV cabinet; and a dining table with four chairs. The Main Train Station is just a 7-minute walk away, and the city center is also within a 10-minute walk.
